Search Terms
When a visitor types a name, location, or other search term into a partner search box, that request is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Pennsylvania Inmate Population does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, we use the message and return address to review the issue and respond when appropriate. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal order.
